This fan assisted baking oven allows the perfect option for locations offering capacity of up to 4 x 1/1GN trays with the added bonus of manual direct injection humidity control.
With standard manual controller dials that alter both temperature and time the user can finely adjust the set temperature for fixed period or switch to "Always on" functionality. The clean looking unit with high shine stainless steel fits into any commercial catering setting and if you're looking for something with a little less capacity then look no further than its smaller counterpart the BCO2/3GN.
